Summary::

  • Responsible for the planning and execution of Sales and Marketing goals for the company’s Ecommerce websites and C.R.M. system.
  • Well versed in growing customer acquisition channels including: SEM, SEO, Affiliate, Email, Digital ads, blogs, social channels, loyalty and reactivation as well as marketing partnerships, events and initiatives.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Create CRM strategy, targeted lists, customer tiers and implement strategies to grow incremental revenue per current customer base
  • Responsible for seasonal item creation, content and maintenance.
  • Responsible for timely merchandising of website based upon marketing calendar.
  • Develop and maintain brand-specific content strategy and promotional calendar that is fully integrated and consistent with the digital marketing strategy for all business channels.
  • Responsible for creating, developing and deploying email campaigns.
  • Manage daily, weekly and monthly ecommerce, product and acquisition reporting.
  • Ensure performance and efficient ad spends for PPC, SEO, Social, Affiliate, and other customer acquisition efforts.
  • Analyze sales performance results and make recommendations for optimization of product offering, price/value relationships and calls-to-action.
  • Lead weekly business review meetings to discuss product performance and business results with peers and superiors; coordinate weekly reporting across marketing channels.
  • Great communicator and brand advocate who drives enthusiasm, momentum and collaboration around a shared vision for the Ecommerce channel.
  • Manage special projects related to digital and ecommerce initiatives.
  • Organize and execute photo shoots for web merchandise as needed.
  • Maintain the brand aesthetic across all ecommerce, social media and marketing channels- Keen sense of upscale, luxury aesthetic required.
  • Keep current with emerging web technologies, competitors, and industry news through relevant blogs and events.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven working experience as Accounting Assistant or Coordinator.
  • Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases.
  • Ability to manipulate large amounts of data.
  • Proven knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to direct and supervise.
  • BS degree in Accounting or Finance.
