Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
  • Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, TV etc.), exhibitions and promotional events.
  • Oversee social media accounts’ layout.
  • Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies.
  • Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures.
  • Create engaging text, image and video content.
  • Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication.
  • Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material etc.).
  • Maintain relationships with multiple brands to ensure collaboration in promotional activities.
  • Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.
  • Design posts to sustain readers’ curiosity and create buzz around new products.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness.
  • Facilitate online conversations with customers and respond to queries.
  • Report on online reviews and feedback from customers and fans.
  • Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers, like promotions and competition.
  • Assist in C.R.M. activities.

 

Requirements:

  • BSc/BA in marketing, business administration or relevant discipline.
  • Proven experience as marketing executive or similar role.
  • Expertise with social media platforms and web analytics (e.g. Web Trends).
  • Knowledge of Photoshop, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP and Google Analytics.
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video).
  • Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods.
  • Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM).
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Creativity and commercial awareness.
